Topsey, now named Abigaile has been adopted by Wendi and lives in Bossier City, La. She now has a Mom and Dad and a Brother named Riley.
Here is her newest update: This picture was taken by my sister during Christmas! Abigail is on the left and Riley is on the right. It isn't too flattering of Abi, but it is the only one I have scanned right now!!
I wanted you to at least see a picture of her to see that she's doing just great. Two days ago, on the 4th, she and Riley started really playing (for more than a few seconds at a time) and have become friends which is really exciting! For the past 2 days I've just sat around watching them play! Yesterday, Abi picked out a toy (a stuffed Tony the Tiger doll) and carried it around in her mouth! She's never paid much attention to any of the toys here, so I am certain that she is comfortable here. And, I'm telling you, she's the licking-est dog ever! Boy, I thought Riley was a licker!!! She just has bonded with me so well, and will sit at the window seat and wait for me 'til I get back when I go out. She is such a joy to me!
We have had a setback as far as potty training is concerned over Christmas, but there were 16 people here on Christmas day, and 3 people and a puppy here for 2 weeks solid! She did great considering, and come to think of it, she did better than me!!!!! Well, I know you're busy, but I thought you'd like to include this picture in Abigail's biography!
